Strategic Planning Session

You are invited to participate in the discussion to chart the direction of LATT for the next five (5) years. The discussion and decisions coming out of the process will assist us in our efforts to be sustainable and relevant to our community.
 
The theme of the Visioning Session on Saturday July 25 from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm, will be Strengthening our systems for Greater Impact!!!
 
The Visioning Session will focus on three (3) areas:
On March 20th, 2015, the LATT hosted its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM), at the National Library Building, Port of Spain. Database vendors EBSCO Host and OCLC partnered with LATT to host the event.
 
During the AGM a new Executive Board was elected to serve for a two-year period (2015–2017). Membership in the Association  is open to all suitably qualified professionals, paraprofessionals, students, institutions and stakeholders in library and information science and related fields.
 
 
LATT EB 2015

The Library Association of Trinidad & Tobago (LATT) is pleased to announce the hosting of a workshop: MARC 21: CATALOGUING OF NON-BOOK RESOURCES to be held on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th February 2015, at the National Library Building, Port of Spain.

Attached are two (2) documents: (a) the outline and details of the workshop and (b) the registration form. Members are urged to register early as space is limited to eighteen (18) participants. The deadline for registration has been extended to Thursday 29th January, 2015.
